In 2019, for the third year in a row, Marquette Savings Bank was ranked as one of the Top 100 Places to Work in Pennsylvania by Team Pennsylvania, a nonprofit connecting private and public section leaders, who issues the list annually. Winners were chosen based on the highest combined scores in a twofold evaluation: a review of the company’s workforce policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics, and the results of an employee survey measuring satisfaction.
