- When prompted, please select the quick pick options on the other side of this card to help you navigate the site quickly and easily.
- Enter your Social Security Number or your Tax ID Number.
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the #sign. If this is your first time accessing your account, or you had your PIN reset, please enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
