Marquette employees will never reach out and ask you to provide your online banking password. Scam emails, texts, and calls may pressure you to respond.

Ignore them and call the bank directly. Click here for information from the Federal Trade Commission.

Unauthorized Transactions

Do you see an Unauthorized Transaction?

Marquette's dispute processing program, Financial Back Office Automation (FINBOA), is a helpful way for customers to notify Marquette when a suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account has been identified.

FINBOA is an easy and secure way to submit the unauthorized activity right away, from the comfort of your home. You can also use FINBOA for Automated Clearing House (ACH) and debit card transaction reporting.

Marquette must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
